Journey Experience
The trip started at about 9am from Lagos, offering a refreshing journey through forest trees, landscapes, city structures, and sightseeing via Abeokuta before arriving in Ibadan at about 12 noon.
Arrival & Campus Visit
We proceeded via the University of Ibadan / Moniya Shuttle Ride straight to the UI campus and Zoological Garden.
Media & Historical Experience
We were hosted by Entertainment Editor Otunba Wale Ademowo, who took us through Ibadan media history across different political eras and modern social media evolution.
Guided Tour Experience
Veteran journalist Mr. Yinka Agboola led us through the zoo experience, sharing decades of journalism and media insight.
City Highlights
We experienced Cocoa House, the first skyscraper in West Africa, and ended the day at Dugbe with a beautiful dining experience at Amanda Joint.
